WFG Homes is a family-owned company, our founders came from Brazil in 2009 to Florida, in Brazil, they owned a custom homes company that built more than 38 homes a year and when they moved to Orlando, in 2020 they had the opportunity to build custom homes but differently, building only the shell of the homes, and now from 2020 to now they had built more than 78 custom home shell.

At WFG Homes, we specialize in shell constructions, including foundation, CMU walls, framing work, concrete work, masonry work, framing work, grading services, and construction cleaning services. Our dedicated team focuses on efficiency, quality, organization, cleanliness, and transparent pricing to ensure the highest standards in every project we undertake.

Our Process

01.

Our team will work on the take-off for your project and less the one week you will have a proposal ready.

02.

Once proposal is acceptable, we will create a project on our system and print a detailed plans with all the necessery detail for your needs

03.

Once lot is ready for construction, we will set you with one of our professional supervisor that will make sure all your needs is take care.

04.

After every step is done we will send our cleaning crew & our bobcat to clean the entire job, making sure we keep our job clean and organized .

05.

Before WFG finish with our job, we love to do a walkthrough with the supervisor from the builder, to make sure every need from the builder is taken care.

Organization & Cleanliness

WFG is known for our organization and our clean workspace, we offer a crew specialized in only cleaning & keeping job sites organized. All our shell services are included one time per week by our cleaning crew and after our job is done 4 months of our cleaning services.
